Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers generally have fourteen calendar days to exercise their withdrawal right without giving a reason.

How to exercise it

Notify Lova Lab of your decision before the deadline by emailing cosmea@outlook.fr and stating your order number and the products concerned.

After notification, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen days, subject to applicable rules.

Hygiene exception

The withdrawal right may be excluded for certain goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons. This may include certain intimate products once unsealed.

Refunds

When the withdrawal right is validly exercised, Lova Lab refunds the amounts due in accordance with legal requirements. Refunds may be delayed in the circumstances provided by law.

Return costs

Direct return costs are borne by the consumer when exercising the withdrawal right, unless the law or Lova Lab provides otherwise.

Defective products

For a defective or non-conforming product, contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate procedure. Legal guarantees remain applicable.
